Dukes International Limited (DIL) , a property advisory business based in Mayfair, London and subsidiary of Kingstar Homes, will be responsible for marketing and selling the development.

As well as Dukes international ltd  HQ in London, offices are scheduled to open in Ghana and the US as well as satellite offices/partnerships with local agents in the US and Nigeria.

Kingstar Homes is a trusted UK-based property development company that has acquired a reputation for building and developing top quality, high-end property in central London over the past 10 years.  The company is currently looking at residential sites,  one site is near Kumasi and one near Accra.   The company will be offering spacious, upmarket homes built to the highest European specifications in a secure, peaceful environment.  They also plan to build holiday homes and affordable housing.

On-site sales office is in the planning stages.  Dukes International has a team of highly trained staff and offers an all-inclusive sales service.
